Shipping Rates and Policies

For all destinations in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands, our shipping rate for a single jar of Radiant Canine™ is $5.95. All orders of multiple jars to destinations in the United States include free shipping.

For all destinations outside of the United States, our shipping rate for Radiant Canine™ is $8.95 for a single jar.  Orders of multiple jars to destinations outside of the United States include free shipping. Note that there is a limit of 6 jars per order, and that we are not able to ship to all international locations.

Orders processed after 12:00pm ET will ship the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday or U.S. holiday will be shipped the following business day.


Return Policy

We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your experience with our company. That is why we offer a 90 Day Full Refund Guarantee with every purchase of Radiant Canine. And we have made it easy to return our product for a full refund, if you are not happy with your purchase.

To arrange for a product return, simply follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team at at any time, or call us at 1-855-4CANINE (1-855-422-6463) Monday through Friday between 9am and 7pm Eastern Standard Time. For your convenience and to ensure accuracy we will send a preprinted label to you, using the email address we have on file.
  • The pre-printed label that we will email you will contain the return address. Tape this label to the top of your return package. We recommend using the original packaging but you can use alternative packaging if you like. Likewise, you may send the package by any delivery carrier you choose -- USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. Please note that the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Within the package, please include the empty jar and a copy of your original receipt to confirm the account we should credit. You can simply print out the original email confirmation message you received from us when you placed your order.
  • All refunds will be made within 3 business days of our receipt of the return package. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment used when placing the order. Please allow up to 3 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
  • Please note that returns must be received in our offices within 90 days of the original product purchase date.
