Shipping Rates and Policies
For the sake of simplicity, we use the same shipping rates for all of our products – our Naturally Scrumptious™ food, our Nutrient Heaven™ treat, and our Radiant Canine™ nutritional supplement, whether customers order each product individually or combine multiple products in a given order.
For all destinations in the continental United States, our shipping rate is $5.95 for a single jar/bag, plus $3.25 for each additional item within a given order. An order of a 3-pack or a 6-pack of the same item counts as a single product. All orders over $50 in the continental United States receive free shipping.
For all destinations outside of the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and other countries, our shipping rate is $8.95 for a single jar/bag, plus $3.75 for each additional item within a given order.
Orders processed after 12:30 ET will ship the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday or U.S. holiday will be shipped the following business day.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your experience with our company. To ensure your satisfaction, we have made it easy to return our product for a full refund.
To arrange for a product return, simply follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service team at WeCare@CanineSciences.com at any time, or call us at 1-855-4CANINE (1-855-422-6463) Monday through Friday between 9am and 6pm Eastern Standard Time. For your convenience and to ensure accuracy we will send a preprinted label to you, using the email address we have on file.
- The pre-printed label that we will email you will contain the return address. Tape this label to the top of your return package. We recommend using the original packaging but you can use alternative packaging if you like. Likewise, you may send the package by any delivery carrier you choose -- USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. Please note that the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Within the package, please include the empty jar or bag and a copy of your original receipt to confirm the account we should credit. You can simply print out the original email confirmation message you received from us when you placed your order.
- All refunds will be made within 3 business days of our receipt of the return package. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment used when placing the order. Please allow up to 3 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
- Please note that returns must be received in our offices within 90 days of the original product purchase date.
