How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All Canine Sciences orders ship from our warehouse in Alabama.  Orders are typically shipped within one business day, and arrive in less than a week.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service.  Once your shipment is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on it as it makes its way to you.

How much does shipping cost?

For simplicity, we charge the same shipping rate for all of our products.

All customers within the continental US will pay $5.95 to ship a single product, plus $3.25 for each additional product in the order.  (An order of a 3-pack or a 6-pack of the same item counts as a single product.)  All orders over $50 will receive free shipping in the continental United States.

All customers outside the continental US will be charged $8.95 for shipping on one item, and $3.75 for each additional item.

What is your return policy?

Canine Sciences is proud to offer one of the best refund policies in the industry - a 100% 90-day Better-Than-Money-Back guarantee!

That means that if for any reason you aren't satisfied with your product, you have 90 days from the order date to return the package to us for a full refund - even if you used some or all of the product.  Not only will you get every penny of your money back, but we'll even still donate a portion of your original purchase to help feed shelter dogs.

How can I change or cancel my subscription?

If you need to update or cancel your Canine Sciences subscription, please contact us at WeCare@CanineSciences.com or 855-4CANINE, and we will be happy to make those changes for you.

Note that our orders ship out very promptly, so if you need to make a change to an upcoming subscription order, please contact us at least two business days before the order is scheduled to ship, so that we can be sure to make those changes before your items are sent out.

How do you choose the ingredients that go into your products?

Canine Sciences works with a team of veterinarians and animal nutrition professionals to formulate our products.  Every single ingredient is intentionally selected for a specific nutritional purpose backed by science, and each product has been reviewed and approved by multiple veterinarians.

Where does Canine Sciences make their products?

All Canine Sciences products are manufactured here in the United States.  We use two manufacturing facilities, both registered by the FDA, one in Wisconsin, and the other in New York state.

Where do your ingredients come from?

Every ingredient in our Nutrient Heaven and Naturally Scrumptious products is sourced in the United States, mostly from farms close to our Wisconsin facility,

The ingredients in Radiant Canine are also sourced in the US, except in two rare circumstances: if there is no local source for a particular ingredient (such as certain plants that do not grow in the United States), or if our quality control team determines that an international vendor offers a superior quality than those available locally.  All testing, production, packaging, and quality control is done in the United States.


What do you do to make sure your products are safe?

We take the safety and quality of our products as seriously as we take the safety of our own dogs!  That's why we manufacture our products in FDA-registered facilities that are GMP certified, meaning that they strictly follow Good Manufacturing Processes and are regularly audited by independent third parties.

Additionally, we lab-test samples of every ingredient we use for purity and any possible contaminants before those ingredients are used in our products, and then we test again once the product is complete, looking for any impurities, heavy metals, microbes, or allergens.


Does my dog need a prescription to use your products?

Not at all!  Nothing in any of the Canine Sciences products is regulated as a drug; all of our products simply contain the best possible nutrition from the best possible ingredients, as chosen by our team of experts.

If you're not sure if our products would be a good fit for your dog, we always encourage you to consult with your veterinarian before making any significant dietary changes, but no prescription is necessary.


My dog is suffering from (a particular illness or problem).  Can your products help?

Canine Sciences takes a new approach to the health of your dog, by emphasizing good nutrition to improve dogs' health.  Our products aren't intended to treat any specific medical problem, but rather, based on the research of our team, may provide your dog with the nutritional building blocks that dogs need to fight off disease, protect organ function, reduce the impacts of aging, and countless other benefits.

Please also be aware that while Dr. Tuk and the rest of our team are happy to offer general recommendations for addressing common nutritional problems, no veterinarian can make any specific diagnosis or suggest any specific treatments without first examining your dog.

Can I purchase Canine Sciences products from my local veterinarian or pet store?

At present we only offer the Canine Sciences products directly to customers, online through the Canine Sciences website.  This allows us to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible costs, so that as many people as possible are able to enjoy the benefits of great nutrition for their dogs.
